Engagements & Pricing

Engagements built for clarity from day one.

Every engagement is published here so you can decide if we're a fit before we ever speak. Pick the one that matches where you are — and if you're not sure, the Strategic Hour is the lowest-risk way in.

How engagements work

Simple, predictable, no surprises.

  1. 01
    You pick the engagement

Scope and price are public. No discovery call is required to learn the number. If a Strategic Hour answers your question, that's all you need to buy.

  2. 02
We confirm fit in a 20-minute call

For Advisory and Fractional engagements only. This is a mutual fit conversation — not a sales pitch. If we're not the right call, I'll tell you who is.

  3. 03
You receive a one-page engagement letter

Scope, deliverables, cadence, term, and price — exactly what's on this page. You sign and the engagement begins.

  4. 04
    We work the plan

Recurring working sessions, async access between them, and a quarterly business review. Cancel anytime after the minimum term.

Pricing, answered.

Why is pricing fixed instead of 'starting at'?

Publishing a single, fixed number for each engagement keeps the focus on the work and the outcome — not on negotiating scope. Every engagement here has a defined price for a defined scope so we can spend our time on your business.

Do you offer custom or hybrid engagements?

No. These three engagements cover the range of problems I solve. If your situation doesn't fit one of them cleanly, you're either earlier or further along than this practice serves — and I'll tell you that on the fit call.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Strategic Hour is paid up front via secure checkout. Advisory and Fractional engagements are invoiced monthly via ACH or credit card on the same day each month.

Can I pause or cancel?

After the minimum term (3 months for Advisory, 6 months for Fractional), you can cancel with 30 days' notice for any reason. Pauses are reviewed case-by-case.

Is there a discount for paying upfront?

No. Same price every month — for everyone.

What if I'm not sure which engagement fits?

Start with a Strategic Hour. It's the cleanest, lowest-risk way to get a senior read on your business. If a longer engagement is the right next move, we'll talk about it there.

Do you handle marketing, ads, or social media?

No. My lane is sales, revenue, forecasting, operations, and customer experience — not marketing execution. If marketing is what's actually holding you back, I'll tell you that and refer you to a marketing partner I trust.

Publishing pricing is intentional. It saves us both time, filters for serious owners, and means every conversation we have is about your business — not about money.
